What is the return policy?

Due to the small nature of our business, we just don’t have the facilities for accepting returns. We hope you understand that.

However, if you have an issue, we want to do everything we can to make it right! Please contact us at admin@quiteliterallybooks.com. Include the order number, item description, the issue, and any supporting documentation that might help us help you.

Are any purchases final sale?

Clearance items and other items marked as non-refundable are not refundable.

When will I get my order?

We ship out twice a week and appreciate your patience and support of our small business. For pre-ordered items, i.e., products with a publication date in the future, we will typically ship about a week before the publication date.

I paid for expedited shipping, but the package was sent via a slower method.

We're so sorry that happened! If you still want the book, we will refund the shipping cost for your order.

The book I received was damaged, what can you do?

We try our best to package our products so they stay safe and sound through their journey to your house, but sometimes life happens. If you received a damaged book, please reach out to us at admin@quiteliterallybooks.com with your order number and some photos and we'll try our best to make it right.

I received the wrong item or the wrong number of items.

Photos are great! We'll do our best to get the correct items to you or issue a refund. If we shipped you the wrong books in error, we will ship you the correct one at no cost.
